The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This was a Ritchie Bros. Davenport pick up. Customer failed to provide appropriate information needed for carrier to make pick up. This is a large facility and wait times run 2-4 hours. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate the pickup with the place he purchased his items from. Thank you.

Wade was easy to work with. Even tho his skidsteer bucket was booked at the last minute, by driving all night I was able to meet with an associate of his for delivery, which Wade had arranged to save me additional miles. Thanks Wade. Look forward to transporting for you in the future. Tracy

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Shippers truck broke down and they couldnt get it fixed in time to ship my items. Poor comunication also.

We lost the transmission out of our truck and had multiple issues with getting the correct part, but we made multiple emails and phone calls to the client to keep him updated.
