Lorenzo has left us a negative feedback based on communication issues. At the time of booking and the hours following we didn't have any issues communicating with Lorenzo on his shipment. Our standard method of email communication took place and the driver called him the next day with an ETA. He followed that with updated ETAs as the day progressed. This was a 390 mile trip and only 1 day transit with emails and calls being made. The delivery was made on the day quoted from the beginning.

I wasn't kept in the loop at all. I sent emails, asked questions. Driver showed up 10 hours late. Service should have been free.

I'm sorry you feel this way Lorenzo, but your bike had a one day turn around for a total of 390 miles. Emails were sent, phone calls were made by the driver, I'm not sure what else we could have done to better communicate in such a short time period.
