After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Spoke once directly after their bid was accepted last week. They were slightly confused by our job they accepted, but was pleasant on the phone. Have not been able to reach them since last week despite numerous calls, voicemails and emails sent this week to schedule the pick-up. No replies at all. Not willing to ship with a service provider who does not reply at all. First time using uShip, hope it improves from here!
