About Me
Although this shipment is described as a 3Bedroom shipment it does not involve packing a house for a large family but rather an individual. The house is organized and does not include overstuffed closets of junk items. With 28 years of moving during my military career I have pared down my household goods. I am moving back home to live near my Father. Unfortunately I am picking up the cost of this move since retiring over 2 years from the military.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am very sorry but I had to fly to CA for family issues. They called earlier today and I had to get on the soonest available flight. I have landed and am very sorry but I can not make it back in time to do this job. my phone may not have service but you can call or email if you have any questions.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I find the timing questionable. The Provider contacted me prior to shipment wanting me to change the agreed upon date. He notified me so close to the shipment date I was unable to accommodate the date change. He then wanted to know who I was using to pack out goods as he was going to use them to assist in loading his vehicle. I provided him the contact info but he opted not to use them because they were too costly. I suspect he bid too low for this contract and opted not to do this shipment.

This was a short turnaround bid to pick-up.The company was extremely responsive to my timeline. The driver was courteous and hardworking.This shipment had special meaning to my family;it was my Mother's specialty fabric.Her wishes were to have this fabric sent to a monastery in MA upon her death.They use the fabric to make vestments and altar cloths and clothes for poor, disadvantaged children in the community.The driver timed the arrival of the shipment to coincide with my Mother's birthday. A+
