I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Difficult to get in contact with. Was told many times he was near my pickup address, but never showed up. I had people wait for him twice at the pickup location more than they needed to with a no show. Very frustrating and stressful, as I needed this shipment on a certain date and time, which wasted me not getting another carrier
