The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The credenza was estimated at 100lbs on the listing but after driving to the pick up location, I found The top was about 150lbs and the credenza was about 300lbs. Making the total about 450lbs to be transported about 1200 miles. I email Garth to see if he would simply put a mere $80 in my paypal account for my drive time and fuel and I'll accept the cancellation and give him a positive feedback. No reply on the email, I called to see if we can work this out. No answer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Item weighed more than expected. Russ left pickup location as he thought I would not pay for overage. Russ called after he had left the location and we negotiated overage charge but he was unable to return to the location until late January. Seller is not able to accommodate new schedule.

Great service, great price. Very friendly shipper and excellent customer service. Some minor damage during shipping, insurance cut a check right away to cover cost of repair. Would definitely use again.
