There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I contact customer service last night regarding a bid I excepted though "Book It Now" and realized I entered 140lbs NOT 1400bs in our TMS. I spoke with Louie per customer service request and he wants to see if he can get it done for the $400.00. This has never happened and I apologize for the mistake on our behalf but hope to resolve this to continue doing business through Uship.
