The shipper did not keep in contact and I had to request shipment status twice. The delivery was delayed about a week. This being said the shippers service from pickup to delivery was better than average.

Receiver was difficult to reach, several messages were left with her staff as to our eta due to bad weather conditions. Otherwise, reasonably good transport.
