The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We had a difficult time connecting with the pickup party. Kiki is super nice and easy to work with but due to the limited office hours of the other business it has been difficult to coordinate pickup.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Andrea is a real piece of work. She blamed the hurricane before it hit for three days of cancelled flights then said she definitely had another flight booked (not true) after it hit and then said she was on stand by (not true) and then said that she bought a nonrefundable ticket that got in after the car dealership closed on September 8th at 5:05 all over a two week period. I said I would pay for her motel that night and she could pick it up first thing in the morning. Rachel at Pennant Motor
