A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to weather issues in the north/northeast at the time we were not able to make the delivery schedule window.... We later rescheduled but the client opted to have a family member deliver the boat.... Uship staff.... we apologize for the delay in this cancellation... Thank you for your attention to this issue..

Due to weather my boat could not be delivered to Florida. I had a very tight time table (4 days) to accept delivery. Dave was unable to meet it because of the weather. I paid $500 deposit in November, 2008. I am still waiting for a refund check.
