The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Original bid was to pick up dog in Victoria, TX. - new pick up was in El Paso, Tx. which is 748 miles away. This was confirmed after I was awarded the bid as she accepted it. The cancellation is not my fault and I should not be judged by this cancellation.

The customer should have known the pick up location prior to selecting me to pick up. We had a conversation in the afternoon and yet it still was not disclosed. How can youmistake an 800 mile difference? OH well, maybe next time I can be of service.
