Bernie was an excellent shipper. He carefully wrapped the gramophone in three layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, and plastic wrap before he put it in his trailer. He took extra care of the accompanying box, putting it in his Tahoe, not the trailer. He was very courteous, and a wonderful conversationalist, too. The gramophone arrived at my buyer's house without any damage, and he was also extremely pleased with the service. I would highly recommend him for those thinking about moving

I was amazed at how quickly the shipment arrived! They picked it up last night, and dropped it off at my door this evening! The Victrola arrived safe and sound! That said, I was disappointed that my shipping instructions weren't followed. We were very fortunate in that no damage occurred during shipment...
