Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I cannot reach the service provider. I've called him three times since Friday, the 12th, to set up the pick up and delivery. I left him voice messages each time I called. He has not responded.

load of bull's crap. never called me once. never sent me a single email. booked on friday or Sat and canceled the very next day! Get ur stuff together and dont make false statements man!

I would definitely work with Tr Star Transport again. Communication with the was excellent. The day before the pickup and delivery, they gave me a schedule that was followed almost to the minute ! Very professional. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

I was hesitant at first to work with Jeffrey because he's pretty new to Uship. But man, am I happy that I booked with him. He was very professional and responsible from the get go. He laid out his schedule and stuck to it and was in constant contact with me the whole time he had my boat in his possesion. I wound up changing the delivery address at the last minute but Jeff was totally fine with it. He's very easy to work with and is an excellent Ushipper. I highly recommend his services !

Tommy did an awesome job picking up and delivering my snow plow today. He was in constant contact with me from the moment he pick up the plow until delivery He's also very punctual. I would DEFINITELY work with him again.
