I ship horses frequently to trainers from the East Coast to all over the US. So far this is the best shipper I have ever worked with. Keene could not have been more accommodating and speaking with him and his "wing lady" in the office, Brooke, was so easy and they know what they are doing. You don't have to ask for anything. I could not believe it when I got the nice updates of the trip. Even a photo of a very happy horse looking out of the trailer !!! THEY ABSOLUTELY KNOW HORSES.THEY CARE.

I love, love, love this transporter. On time, personable, knowledgeable and a caring person with a clean taken care of rig. He was ALWAYS AVAILABLE and stayed in touch all trough the trip.
On time, great people, very good to the animals. You can't go wrong.

It really was a great job...professional and kind and very nice,nice and kind men delivering my precious cargo.
Michelle contacted me all through the trip and so did Dennis. If I had a question it was answered immediately, via phone or email. The kept me posted down to the minute of their arrival...even though a change in barn had to be made...no problem with them. Horse is wonderful, I am so happy....if you use them...and I willl !!...you have a great shipper.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Just before committing myself to the Provider I specifically asked..... and have the email to prove it.... if the horse would be delivered within 2 days. I did not want the animal on a truck for any longer. I received an email back and was told that the the horse would only be in transit for 2 days with the 3rd day delivery. that is still long but acceptable. Now, end of last week ....I was informed that the pickup would be delayed. It jumped to the end of the week instead beginning to m

I am just getting to write this....a bit late. I have had such a great experience with these two wonderful people. Very knowledgeable and very responsive and kind. They will definitely be my transporter of choice. The horse arrived happy and well taken care of. They unloaded and even lead him to the stall and were just so helpful. You could really tell that they love animals/horses.
I highly recommend them. Equipment was well taken care of, transport and communication went very well.

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Response from spencerjeff82: it hard to be happy when some one cancelled on u when u are 14 hours from home but stuff happens that is out of your hands and u have to deal with it .thanks and god bless

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to excessive rain storms this weekend we have huge damage to the barn. Horse has to get shipped at a later date....not that sure yet if it is 1 or 2 weeks.
Need to cancel shipment because I cannot have access to stable that was designated for the horse. thanks for the help.
