After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper said he wouldn't take payment via UShip payment code, only cash on delivery. That wasn't made clear ahead of time, and the shipper did not reach out once his bid was accepted. I've now wasted a day on a time-sensitive move.

We accept any payment method. The customer had this listed for a one week delivery and then wanted it in 24 hrs!
