A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I just confirmed this delivery 2 days ago. the service provider didn't request cancellation until 3 hours after scheduled pickup time. The service provider has not answered any of my phone calls to reschedule or resolve this issue. This is not a valid reason for cancellation and more importantly asking for cancellation after the pickup time confirmed by provider is outrageous. I deserve more than a uship credit for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism
