A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was unable to communicate with the customer for the first two days to work out the details. I then had to find another shipment heading toward my destination. Since I have hade communication with the customer but I am unable to meet his time frame.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He could not get ahold of me for four hours so he changed his mind when he found a more lucrative shipment. Upon talking with him beforehand we had everything set and then he needed to change it up. My customer told me he called them and tried to shake them down for money to make the delivery if he really needed it. Response from thechoptrain01: Brian, I apologize for not being able to make this happen. I always want to male my customers happy! It was two days of no response, and no returned phone calls. Yes, i did taken a better shipment, but only because I couldn't get hold of you. And i never asked for more money from your customer. If he said that he is lying. I am sorry again this happen.

Did not keep scheduled delivery date and I was very specific as to when I wanted it picked up before auction and they agreed to it. There was no phone communication, other than random texting. Response from RoadWayAutoShipping: The delivery date was a couple days late, we do apologize, as far as the texting, we tried to contact you on occasions with no response, and the only way you responded was through texting.
