A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My company will not be able to complete shipment. The driver in that area has a death in the family and had to immediately fly home to make funeral arrangements. As inconvenient as it is I must cancel and make other arrangements. We apologize and hope to do business in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider contacted me and wanted to deliver this shipment on 4/29,on that date he called and said the pick-up truck he went to pick it up with was too small. He then wanted to deliver it on 5/2, which was beyond the date I wanted it delivered by, but I said ok I would give him another chance. On 5/2 he did not show up or call. After me calling him 3 times on 5/3 he finally called me back and he stated that he had nothing else coming in my direction so it would probably be a couple
