It was hard to have my employees to work for FREE on a sunday when they didnt get paid on the first delivery. At any moment we were told that was "ON HAND" move. Luckly first time when we move that piano I sent 2 guys. Again, its hard to tell your people to work for free on a sunday, we were never paid for the first move, why would we show up for the second that the customer want it to do it NOT THROUGH USHIP.
Good luck, next time, I would recomentd for you to pay people to do the job

I contracted with this mover to move a piano for a special event. The night before the event the shipper stopped returning my calls, and failed to show up to move the piano.
COMPLETE AND TOTAL FAIL!
No piano for my special event.
I tried contacting the mover multiple times and have gotten no response.
