The piano was delivered within the given timeframe and was in perfect condition. Clearly when one is paying half the price of what some dedicated shippers charge there must be compromises. One has to accept that timeframes are flexible when the carrier must try and obtain additional loads to make the trip financially feasible. This was my first experience with uShip so there was some trepidation going into it but now that it is done, I would recommend it with the above caveat.
