A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved While this shipment did not materialize in the quoted amount of time, I was in communication with the shipper in order to let him know that I would do whatever it took to get this bike to move for him. When I booked this with a licensed and bonded, enclosed carrier, Mr. Sullivan declared that he no longer wanted to use our service.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider states in their profile that the vehicle will be picked-up within 7days of booking and delivered within 12 days. This booking was made on August 26th; today is September 13th and as of now, the motorcycle is yet to be picked-up. A total of 18 days have elapsed since the booking. They tell me it will be picked up on either this Tuesday or Wednesday - another 3-4 days.

I had a very good experience with HaulBikes.
My Orange County Chopper arrived in perfect condition without any problems at all. The driver, Jerry was a great guy to talk with and showed that he cared about my cycle. He even arrived a bit early which was really appreciated. Also, Andrea was very courteous and nice to talk with while arranging the details of my transport. I would definitely use this company again!
