There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Unfortunately Janet did not understand the contract I offered on this shipment. I indicated the motorcycle would be picked up on the 10th or earlier, not Monday the 12th that she requested in her listing....contract was accepted. 2 days before pickup, I emailed that I would be there Saturday for the bike. Last night she replied saying it was Monday. She indicated that there was to be no phone contact with the people at the origination point, and never provided me with a phone number. Appointment

Omg have you lost your mind????? Never was it stated the 10th and I would have never accepted the 10th as a pickup date! You took it upon yourself to try and pick up on that date!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment FAILED TO PICK UP DATE. WANTED TO CANCEL THE SHIP ORDER AND HAVE US DO IT OUTSIDE OF USHIP BECAUSE HE SAID USHIP WAS CHARGING TO MUCH IN FEE'S! AND WAITS TO THE DAY THE BIKE IS TO BE PICKED UP TO TELL ME!! hE TEXT ME AND SAYS HE IS NO LONGER GOING TO DO ANYTHING THROUGH USHIP ANY LONGER!! WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!THIS IS THE SECOND TIME i HAVE BEEN SCREWED OVER BY SOMEONE ON USHIP!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved OMG!! It was stated in the AD that the bike was to be picked on May 12th a Monday and he for whatever reason thought it was for today..May 10th and now wants to cancel the whole thing!!! This is really messing things up for us and totaly unfair to us!! First time ever using uship and this is was we encounter!!! Noway.......you need to follow through!! it's not our fault you didn't read the Ad correctly!!

Pickups and delivery on specific dates are very expensive. People save money with flexibility. I gave you my date range, which was a little bit before yours. My price would have saved you some several hundred dollars if you were flexible, which I thought you were because you accepted the contract. However, the bike was not ready on the 10th for pickup as I emailed and indicated in the contract. Your oversight.
