I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called the service provider following acceptance of their bid on 8/15. The phone was answered by a Vicky who said our load was scheduled for pick-up Friday 8/19 between 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m.. I requested the SCAC, PAPS & other papers needed for the broker & she agreed to get them to me right away. We never heard from her again.
I tried calling several times after and couldn't get an answer or a business answering message - I did leave several voice messages requesting contact. The cell
