The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services the shipper has alot of undisclosed issues,,,,like wanting my credit info etc,,,,,,after we paid all fees listed up front,,,,i feel they are scamming good people and hidding behind uship doing there dirty work,,,,, Response from domesticautotransportinc: Stacey, I am sorry that you feel this way. In out terms and conditions that you recieved and read before accepting our bid it cleary states that we will need you deposit information from you. The amount of the quote NEVER changed in the process of trying to set up your order. You can look at the bid acceptance and you can clearly see that there is a remaning balance. I am sorry that this has upset you. Thanks again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this company bids with no action to getting your car moved as bid states ,,,,SHIPPERS DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WITH THESE FOLKS,,,,ALL YOU GET WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM IS VOICEMAIL,,,,NOT A GOOD EXSPERANCE HERE>>>>> Response from Montway: We don't understand how people can make up stuff like that: we have full staff of experienced dispatchers and customer service representatives and 20 phone lines, so no ones call goes unanswered. In the unlikely event that you have to leave a voice mail, your call is returned in a timely manner, so really, what is the shipper talking about? Good luck and God bless!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider THIS COMPANY WEBER TRANSPORT IS TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE BY TRYING TO GET THERE CHECKING INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET IN A NON SUCURE FASHION,,,ALSO STATES ON THE BOOKING THAT FORMS OF PAYMENT IS CREDIT CARD ,CHECK,PAY PAL, AND TRYS CHARGING EXTRA 10% AFTER THE FACT OF BOOKING,,,,,,,,SHIPPERS BEWARE,,,,,
