The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I'm canceling the shipment because the shipper has told me twice times that they would be at my residence to pickup items but hasn't shown up or provided an ETA. I've had someone take off of work now twice waiting for them and all I keep being told when I reach out is they are in Maryland and will be to me shortly. This isn't going to work from a dependability and customer service standpoint. I've used UShip several times now and the shipper always initiated contact and stayed in constant commun

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I requested a shipper to pickup my motorcycle no earlier than next Tuesday, 3 June. An agreement was made to my terms but the shipper also had in his instructions he would leave one day after which is 31 May. The bike will not be ready by then. I contacted the shipper, he apologized for the confusion and now I request a refund to find another shipper

James did not review my bid before accepting. I had specifically place a day I would pick up and a day I would deliver. Next time please review your bids before accepting.
