The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not communicate well and when we finally were able to reach him he told us he couldn't do it. He was very unprofessional. It was an unfortunate situation to have our money tied up with something that never went through. Please refund full amount as we will not be using this service again.

I did go to the marina on the requested pick up day. The boat was no where to be found, the marina told me it was ready to go and the boat was not accessible for me to pick up. After trying to contact the shipper multiple times with no answer I had no choice but to keep heading on my way( I had already drive 2 hours out of my way for this boat) I did not receive a call back until a full 24 hours later where the shipper was very rude and did not understand what was going on with his boat.
