Yes, I got my 200 back from Kawsara(only because it was on my chase card!) but lost 250 to the company he brokered for my jeep. Kawsara did not offer a refund, it was disputed through Chase. The company was Dande's out of Atlanta. A bunch of gangsters! These guys care nothing about your goods and you are powerless to recoup your money. Total damage to my Jeep was $1500, Thanks Kawsara, go back to India or wherever you'r from, maybe this is acceptable there. Uship also refused to intercede!

Although not Kawsara's direct fault, Kawsara is a broker and uses, I guess, several different companies to deliver goods. My 1983 Jeep was practically destroyed when it arrived to me. The delivery company, Dantes Shipping, loaded the Jeep on the top rack and backwards with the rear of the top taking the full wind load. The top wass blown to pieces and caused major paint damage as well as body damage to my vehicle. Shane has helped somewhat, But I have yet to settle this claim.

Very Unfortunate that small top flew off during transport. We clearly state on bill of lading that transporter is not responsible for loose convertible tops and seller sign off on it. We offered some refund of transport funds but customer chose to go after insurance company. Good luck Shane
