Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We do have a pick up window of 1-5 business days from the first available date, the day a customer informs us their car can be released. We we able to assign a trucker and pick up your vehicle within that time frame.Montway prides itself on providing a high level of customer service I am sorry you feel that was not provided to you. I have informed the safety manger and responsible agents will be sent for retraining.
