After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider IQ transport charged me an additional 75.00 for dispatching my vehicle, I told him that it was urgent for me to have this vehicle picked up asap, he took a long time to even try to dispatch my vehicle. I call him and told him that it was not going to work out, at this time he had not even dispatched either, and still has not refunded my 75.00 i paid him at time for dispatch. I also paid u ship , and I am request a full refund for my money as well.

This customer canceled the order the day after placing the order. Obviously they did not pay attention to the bid. Did not charge any additional money, the dispatch fee was a part of the complete bid.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I do not like uShip and there way of managing their business. It is a useless website creating more problems than helping a client by linking them with a good service provider that they can trust.
Blacknight freight was never a real company, never communicated, never delivered and I found out by blacknight freight that they were no longer a company since 2 weeks ago.
