Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This women has been a problem from acceptance of my bid telling me the dog could not be with me for the time needed to drive this pup safely to its new home. I asked her for days and numerous times to cancel if she was not comfortable with any of the terms or conditions. She said oh its ok. Upon being 30miles from what was given as pick up address ONLY to discover I am not no where near there location and asking them to compremise by meeting us Jenny called back and being very rude demanded I pu

I have been a problem from the start Because Very dishonest shipper.She lied from the start saying the puppy would arrive within three days then once I accepted her bid she changed it to 6-7 days.She didn't read the listing correctly and went to Iowa city,Iowa instead of Charles City Iowa got mad at me for it and wanted us to meet her 1/2 way to recover some time for her mistake.When we wouldn't do it and she wouldn't finished her contract by picking the puppy up we cancelled that simple!!

Jenny was the easiest person to work with, puppy (Fenway) was completely socialized and kept Mike laughing the entire trip, he called him his little firecracker!! All carriers--- Don't hesitate to take one of her babies home for her, they are the best!!

Keith was wonderful to work with.He was by far the best shipper we have ever had.Keith took excellent care of my puppies while staying in touch with the new owners and I along the way.Even was early delivering which we have never had with another shipper.He made sure all of their needs were met and then some.I look forward to working with you in the near future !! Very unprofessional.Showed up three days late for pick up didn't bother to call.Delivered the puppy 4 days later which was to take only 1 - 1- 1/2 days.No communication at all.Don't return calls to let you know where our puppy is I do not recommend them at all.Very disapointed !!

Stan was wonderful to work with.He is as professional as they come.He kept everyone up to date 24/7.He also took excellent care of Hanna which is the most important thing.I will continue to use Stan whenever possible.
