I no longer need my item(s) shipped My reason for cancellation is not due to service provider, I bought a car off ebay, and transport was ready to pickup, but the seller of the car pulled a scam, I paid him and the car never existed he even cancelled his phone service over the weekend so no one could get ahold of him any longer, the address where the car and him was supposed to be located, did not exist, so this is in no way service providers issue, it's the seller from eBay that's the problem.

Sorry to say I was dissapointed, as I don't like giving negative but ST Freight has bad communication or lack of, it took a week longer than they promised, also they contracted it out to someone else, it was not St that delivered it. Also they were supposed to have ramps to drive off on my end, but no, had to have a tow company rolloff on my end to get it off truck, they removed funds from my bank before it arrived, they said they would not until I can inspect, it's to bad, never again.

Rudy, we are really sorry that you feel disappointed. 1) We are broker which is obvious from our profile, so of course we contracted someone else; 2) As you advised, the load was only available for pickup Mondays and Tuesdays only, so we picked it up accordingly; 3) Credit Card pre-authorization is common practice for every business: hotel, car rental.
