The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment stated, Loaded with forklift but no forklift to load. And shipper has no one to help load.

Nowhere in the ad did it say loaded with forklift. It was crystal clear from our conversations from the beginning you will need a specialized dolly to move a heavy safe which you told me you had. I told you from the beginning I can not help you lift the safe. It's OK to cancel because you can't do the job safely, but to waste my time for multiple days and now to lie here. Good luck in life. You'll definitely need it.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I told this guy multiple times about the weight of the safe. He said he can do it until the last minute. Now he asks whether my friends and I can help lift and load 2000lbs safe into his sprinter van. He has no equipment which he said he had before. He wouldnt initiate cancellation since that looks bad on his record? He made me do it instead. Very unprofessional. Complete waste of time. Stay away

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period They didn't show up on a promised date after accepting my bid. I have called and e-mailed for over a week, and I have zero reply.

frank and his son were great! everything was in great shape upon arrival. frank also seals up the truck door after loading with my presence with a metal seal. this was just another assurance that let me know nobody even looked inside the truck without my presence after the door was closed. it was a really nice touch i thought. bottomline: extremely professional, no drama, no hassle, and got the job done fast. i couldn't ask for more. thanks again.
