Great freight rate, good communications on pick up and delivery ends, care taken with shipment, very prompt delivery (California to Texas in two days!), John was very courteous, helped with unloading, would use again. A+ :)

I no longer need my item(s) shipped John was very courteous and polite. His original pick up date fell through by no fault of his, and with his consent, we found another provider to deliver sooner than his next tentative pick up date.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Jerry listed that he would be transporting our bedroom set in a covered cargo trailer on his bid, but when we contacted him, he said it was actually an open trailer and he could put a tarp over our furniture to transport it. We were not comfortable with that. Jerry was very polite and understanding with our decision to cancel.
