I no longer need my item(s) shipped The book agent was amazing with great response to questions and concerns. However, due to the pick up and drop off locations being a driver's nightmare the agent was not able to find me a shipper within my shipping window. She was eventually able to find a driver after increasing the price but again it was outside the window I needed the car picked up. I also did not want to pay the increased price. I no longer need the vehicle shipped and would gladly do business with the broker again.

As you know, we are bound by our Uship Terms of Service to stick to the price we gave you and it is your choice to accept a counteroffer or not and you "never" have to. I am glad you understood that.
