A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Pick up of the shipment was not available on the weekend and Gloria Transport could not wait until the next pick up time after the weekend.

I placed a floor crane on Uship with a description and photos. My Lady Logistics bid $512.12 to ship the crane. I accepted the bid and cancelled all other bids. Ms. Dean then told me that the price would not be $512.12, it would be $1,453.00...an increase of over $1000.00. Since I had cancelled all other bids and had time limitations on the shipment, I agreed to pay the new price.
Ms. Dean stated that she would not charge any profit, but it is still over $1,000.00 higher than the bid. Response from PrisDean: The remote location of destination caused SouthEastern Freight Carriers to reclassify the item delivered. The new bill was $1,453.00 But this amount was covered by My Lady Logistics Customer only paid $512.12 for delivery as contracted - Broker - My Lady Logistics took a loss of $941billing. Net loss was not to UShip client.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider could not pick up the item when the item was made available. The Service Provider informed me that I would have to find another Service Provider. I found another Service Provider outside of Uship.

The compressor was delivered in good shape and on time. Very satisfied with the service provider.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider called and stated that they could not accept the shipment. Since they could not, or would not, accept the shipment, I relisted the shipment and hired another service provider.

BrooksMobileGarage picked up on time and delivered sooner than I thought was possible. They arrived at the appointed time and place and completed the delivery. Milton and Jennifer were great to work with. I would use them again.

Traci kept me informed as to when to expect the shipment. The lights arrived in great condition. No problems. I'll use her again.

All good things to say. They had good communication (very important for me) and showed up when they said they would. I would use them again anytime.
