Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After talking with the customer and being spoken down too over unforeseen problems I no longer feel comfortable working for him. Issues that are not controllable (I. E lane closures, detours, and accidents) putting me as a driver off of my time frame. I understand there was conflicts with loading in the dark but with a 10 plus hour drive it's near impossible to have an exact time as above unforeseen issues can happen to anybody.

We are still willing to ship this, but the customer is saying he cannot get a hold of us when we have responded directly to his emails. He has tried to reach us over the Christmas Holiday when in our profile we indicated we'd be closed. Our contact person emailed him directly again today and are waiting on him to get this set up. No reason to cancel this.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Fraud! They quoted a shipment and once it was accepted they came back saying they could not do it for quoted amount and that we had to increase our payment before they could ship the product. We waited for them for over a week and they never had a truck lined up. They quoted prices before they even had a truck available. Bait and Switch tactics. Do not use!
