The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This does not make sense at all. Not sure what the customer is talking about. Obviously was not in talks at all with our shipping department. Hard to get a hold of.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I had someone waiting between 8 am and 11 am for package to be picked up and no one showed up . Now I am not able to be accommodated .
