There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Same problem..we cannot go 2800 miles without deposit.....there is no way to commununicate this to customer without a ref flag ......early withdrawal is simply not enough....im lost as what ti do.every rep says something different..results in more cancellation..unfortunately

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Read & you will see what was said I asked for specs of the boat I had a trailer I would put this in going to NV & then tow the boat to CA He said I have a sister there I will meet you When on phone he said It will give me an excuse to go & play I moved the delv 3 days early & when called him he said couldn’t meet in NV I said no problem I would tow to CA He also cancel on another TSP As for the 50% goes Paul has a contract It says if something is misrepresented he owes 50% My lawyer will handle

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Paul & i agreed on a certain time frame. & he also noted to me via email that if i needed to reschedule then it would be fine. A scheduling came up & i proposed a schedule which would only be a few days longer than expected he was very ticked off for whatever reason & told me he would make other arrangements for shipping. I have 5 attemps of contacting him via phone & email. & i get no response & have no choice but to cancel this shipment.

Chad did a great job delivering my boat from Maryland to California. Chad was very Professional, great communication between pick-up and delivery places, and was on time. I would hire Chad again in a heart beat. Thank you, Chad for the great job you've done getting my boat home to me.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I have nothing to do with this cancellation. The shipper wants 25% of the price at pick-up. I have no problem with his request?

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I Booked my boat to be hauled to Atwater. The HDtransport then changed it to Las vegas and I would pick it up there. HDtransport then changed it to Atwater to be delivered on 11-3-13. I gave HD transport the phone and e-mail adress to talk to the boat owner about dimensions they needed of the boat. I gave U-sip the only dimensions i had from E-bay. Well, HDtransport shows up to ship my boat and the boat doesn't fit in the trailer. I have never seen this boat and HDtransport talked to Ed a few ti

OMG Paul You lie & anyone can read the question & answers They can see that you clearly gave us the specs (they were all wrong). That you said you would meet in Vegas. You are not just a liar you are a bad liar. If you are going to lie at least DON'T put it in writing. You can be caught. As for the contract does this ring a bell? A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Shipper and I agreed from 10/17-25/13 the boat would be picked-up and shipped to California. The shipper wants to change the pick-up time to 11/1-5/13. I thought I had a contract? I want to relist back into U-ship for bidding.I now want my boat/trailer to be shipped on trailer supplied by Shipper. Boat is not to be pulled on its own trailer.

We agreed Upon a window. And I Specificly told Him that the window could change a few days later. If he was more Cooperative he would of had his boat A Lot sooner than he could have. But hey you can't please any body and everybody.. and then somebody has a fit and where does that get them? No where!
