Customer set up pick up appointment is that pick up on time picked up for a large pallets the size 36 by 36 5 feet tall 4 pallets total very heavy bring a helper was an able to unload in about an hour everything went well enjoyed meeting Robert assistant he helped a tremendous amount and assisting I'm loading the truck

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello There, The Service Provider was supposed to pick up the chairs on Tuesday and I did not hear from him. I contacted him on Wednesday and he did not contact me back (only by text, not by phone) on Thursday. I've tried to call since and he will not pick up the phone --- he's only said that he's had trouble coordinating times due to other cancellations. This has left me in a lurch as the item needs to be picked up by Monday evening and I don't know what to do as I will loose it if it's
