The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it shipper responded to my question " are permits needed" by say " no permits required". the load is 9'2" wide. my step deck is 3' high. so the height is not a issue. just too wide and the time waiting for permits was to long.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This customer didn't cancel after communicating with us. We refused the load due to false ad info. W/450 miles and 8 hours to pick it up this boat was 13' tall not 8 per ad. The safety chains were too short so had to buy new ones plus no brakes were installed for over 3,000#. The boat was 9,200# (CAT scaled) not 5,000, and 9"8" wide not 8'6" making it oversize. I feel compensation should be made to us for all this plus expenses for 3 days after to find another load. I think $400 would suffice.

Customer took advantge of our company he offered his warehouse as a place to park our trailer for doing his loads that were very cheap for him a power only 5 box trailers for 415.96 all day for 30 miles uncoperative and not a very good customer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider There is nothing wrong with my truck and my motorcycle trailer is under a year old plus he had way more then what he said he had to ship it was his motorcycle and a lot of boxes when I drove 5 hours out to him he said he wanted enclosed trailer but I told him it was open transport on the page he said oooo no I am going to tell uship I drove 5 hours to get this bike and was turned down I was there with what I said I was going to do and all I did was lose 10hrs of my time and 90 dollars in fuel

Dcboy1973 never answer any call in 2 days. He show up 26 hours late. His truck- trailer and him were not looking clean and trustable enough to load my motorcycle. Please note that I use many providers from uship with cargo coast to coast and is my first bad experience. good luck with him...

This customer didn't cancel after communicating with us. We refused the load because the ad was listed under false pretenses. After a long deadhead (450 miles and 8 hours) to pick it up, this boat turned out to be 13' tall not 8' per ad. Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Person show up with a very old truck and trailer. Gave me a bad faith to transport my motorcycle since trailer was not safe and truck either. He show up a day late, after contact him he say he will be at 8am and show up at 2.40pm today because he had a mechanical issue.
