Ed co-ordinated with changing schedules of shipper and receiver and communicated well to us both, including a slight delay of his own the week before. Upon pickup, he was faced with a tight deadline as I planned to leave town within a few days. Ed made it in with my load safely packed a day earlier than quoted and all worked out great.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver, Eddie accepted my bid with pickup to take place on or around June 28. After delays and not showing up until late on Tuesday, July 1 the driver was unprepared for this motorcycle shipment in my estimation. According to the party responsible for releasing the shipment, the trailer had inusufficent straps, no wheel chocks, and not enough room left (there was already a very large bike in there). Also the service showed a picture of a Sprinter van (acceptable) and the driver was towing

There's absolutely nothing wrong with towing a trailer. Our trailer is made for hauling motorcycles. We had wheel chocks, but his bike was so old and brittle we didn't want to put it into the chock because it would have cracked. We were afraid that just moving the bike would damage it. Also, Derryl was very difficult to deal with, he misrepresented the load and I would not recommend this shipper. Eddie
