The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Spoke to the person at the drop who was not who booked. We had the order 10 days. We told customer early on we might need longer to find a driver to get the budget rate. He said ok take a month two months if you need to. Now the guy is posted with another company and going to give them $300 more than our co. We could have moved it for $75 more if he accepted counteroffer. He was told he didnt have to but either way I wont work with a customer who is wasting my time booked with multiple companies

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Response from EnterpriseAutoTransport: Thank you for acknowledging this was not our fault. Customers car was double booked to do no fault of the customer but the customers father.
