this is a gentleman we owe a lot to!!! though,we tried our best,shipping liner created a hiccup that almost tarnished the excellent relationship we have with wayne.we hope,a next time wil give us the chance to do more.

After many phone calls,emails and delays, finaly recieved a BILL OF ARRIVAL from the shipping company {not my shipment provider} for the full payment amount and more. The service provider sent it freight forward collect . Paid Service provider the bid amount some months prior to this ,only to find out that they had not made any payment to the shipping liner.TheSERVICE Provider said sorry but the price had risen and they could do nothing about this,Yer by $7000.00 MORE.iPAID THE$7000 uship NOHELP

our contract with the shipper was to pick the boat from a marina in new jersey,shrinkwrap it ,take it to baltimore port and ship to australia.and this is exactly what we did.this shipping was at the peak of the global fuel increase and all shipping cost was affected.documents to prove this was shown to shipper,but,he insisted the increase must be paid by us.we offered to pay part but he insisted it must in paid in full,this is against our company policy
