A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment was cancelled back in July, but we were still charged.

The charge was never credited to us.The shipper already had this being transported as per other office personal.They asked if they could cancel and we gladly agreeded.Uship was responsible for delayed return of payment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper requested money upfront to cover fuel - I am not comfortable with a shipper who is unable to cover the cost of doing business and requesting cash in advance.
