I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment While I was out of a service area the customer attempted to call me 3 separate times, I was unable to get service until late the same evening. I apologize for this inconvenience and wish that I could better accommodate the customer. When I finally was able to get back in touch with the customer they seemed to be understanding of the situation.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the provider could not provide the service. Would not respond to calls. Waited for 3 days. Said his truck broke down and could not get it.
