Cody was great! His sister traveled along and she may have held my puppy the whole time. They were on time and had the pup delivered on time exactly. He said between 2 pm and 5pm and was there right before 2pm. Communication was good. I'm so glad to have found him. I'll definitely be using him again.

It was positive in that the dog was taken care of and the driver really enjoyed her company, but the pup was delivered about 2 days almost 3 days later than was agreed on, and the lady at the receiving end was not able to enjoy her pup over the weekend but it stressed her out the whole time having to wait those extra days. I would use him again but put more definite dates on the shipment because Tom picked up a lot of extra loads when I was told he would go straight to destination.
