I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The number and email address that we were provided from uship, they did not respond to. I tried for 3 days prior to pickup via email and phone number and they did not respond. There wasn't an address provided either, only city and state. Nothing else we could do. We lost out on 4 spots in our trailer to accommodate a CanAm Spyder.
