The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I talked to this provider personally on Tuesday and was assured they could transport the item. To find out two days later they are cancelling and using an excuse a new employee made a mistake is unacceptable. I won't be considering any bids from these folks in the future and now we are even further behind in getting this handled. Not pleased.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider has been very sketchy with communication to the point they won't return phone calls, texts messages or e-mail. They agreed to pick up unit yesterday, but haven't showed up and I need to get this re-posted.

No problems. Picked up unit ahead of schedule and delivered ahead of schedule and all is well.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This unit has outriggers that will make it impossible to load on the trailer the service provider has. Also, the unit has some mechanical issues that need to be addressed before this unit can be shipped. I wasn't aware of these issues. There is a mechanic on site working on the machine and I will just have to re-schedule once the unit is ready to go and will also have to make sure the next service provider brings in the right trailer because even if this unit was ready to go, they wouldn't be

This shipment went off without a hitch, they were excellent with communication and got the delivery to Nashville ahead of schedule, all at the best price.
