The attached photo was taken on the property where I purchased this tractor, loader, backhoe. This tractor has an approximate height of 45 inches when the roll bar is in it's down position. The wheelbase is listed at 55.1 inches. This is a near new piece of equipment. The tractor and all the components work. I am a father, husband, homeowner and businessman. I manage the business I founded and sold to a NYSE firm. I have a very high credit score and currently no long term debt or carry over credit card balances. Recently we moved in to a home we had built to our specifications. Energy efficiency and eventual self sufficiency are incorporated into the design. The home is on a small amount of acreage with many old stone walls. These walls will be an integral part of my landscaping project and large berry gardens.
