The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it i told this shipper it must be on a pallet he asked me that he would pay me to wrap and put on a pallet i said we dont do that i told him i cant pick it up unless wrapped and put on a pallet i also asked if he could or find someone to do this and he booked it anyway we asked is it on a pallet and wrapped said no we said i cannot pick this up until you do so

NO one asked me to have the shipment palatalized until after they book this load. service provider should have read the details or should have asked a question on the shipment. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER.....

Omg..you state that we delivered your item and for cheap.and might I ad it was over 2000 miles...within 14 days...you gave me negative feedback...are you nuts...you did not have the paper work provided by uship.. when we gotr there..Lol .omg beware shipping providers .I think we delivered for about a penny a mile on this one...I guess he wanted for FREE ..

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have called and texted Monique to exchange info in the start of this shipment. Now when i call her off my cell phone it rings right to voice mail. AND if i call her on a different number it will ring and ring. So has blocked my number. My items were not pick up. Last communication from Monique was 15 days ago.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped LANDSTAR agreed to pick up this shipment that i listed then came back to us and said that they can not pick up the shipment until we have it packaged. The shipment was listed and booked and never did LANDSTAR ask anything about the shipment. If they would have i could have told them that this shipment is not palatalized and they would need to provide that service. I have tried to get this resolved with LANDSTAR directly but even tho they made the mistake they would not do what was needed to fix
